Job Description
Job Purpose
- Provide first Customer contact resolution on inquiries through various Customer channels i.e. telephone, E-mail, live chat etc.
- Provide timely and effective quotations, technical advice, and Order Entry related support to Customers and sales teams
Job Description
- Commercial and technical advice on Customer inquiries
- Assist Customers with order entry and simple quotations
- Create interaction record and transfer complex quotations and orders to senior position in the team
- Identify business opportunities and handover to external sales
Qualification
- 1-2 years of Customer Services relevant work experience
- Able to communicate in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Good communication and networking skills, and the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with both Internal and External Stakeholders
