Responsibilities:

-          Supervise the accounting team in daily accounting operations to ensure timely delivery of accurate financial and management reports

-          Responsible for A/R, A/P and cash flow management

-          Develops, analyses and interprets financial data for management reporting

-          Liaise with external parties including auditor and banker for financial aspects

-          Supervise HR &administrative staff in daily HR & office administration support

-          Review and develop company’s policies and procedures to meet operational needs

Qualifications:

-          Degree holder in accounting related discipline

-          ACCA Level One or Twoor equivalent qualification

-          Minimum 5 years relevant experiencewith at least 2 years at management level

-          Good Knowledge in project accounting is preferred

-          Proficient in MS applications (Excel and Word) with hands-on experience in accounting software (Peachtree or Flex) is definite an advantage

-          Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills

-          Highly motivated with strong initiative, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure

-          Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

-          Immediate available is highly preferred
