Responsibilities:

• Handling data center infrastructure design & technical support for projects, in-house design co-ordination and administration;
• Preparation of tender documentation, system specification and drawings;
• Participate in electrical system design & process;
• Provide on-site technical support and verification, T&C etc.;
• Prepare feasibility report, design proposal, budgetary estimation, electrical design calculation, and tender bidding document for E&M projects;
• Other relevant assignments as specified by managers.
• Review MVAC system design, technical submission, specification and quality assurance;
• Participate in project T&C, monitoring job progress and preparation of method statements with contractors, suppliers, and clients;
• Provide on-site technical support services to project and sales team ;
• Prepare feasibility study and budgetary estimation for design works;
• Other relevant assignments as specified by managers.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher diploma in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines;
• 3 years' solid experience in consulting firm / electrical contracting company;
• Experience in central chiller plant design, CRAC system & VRV system installation, DDC/ PLC control system etc;
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, CAD, BIM, Cooling load calculation software or knowledge preferable;
• Holder of relevant certificate & knowledge for using software in BIM, CFD, 3D software will be in advantage;
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, organized, detail-oriented, and responsible;
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedules;
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Multilingual skills in English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant MVAC Engineer.
