To cope with our fast expansion, we are looking for suitable candidates to join our company. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple suppliers on quality and technical capability
• Provide leadership in steering all quality related activities in a development project
• Supervise, analyze and improve supplier quality performance and capabilities
• Approve new and changed components and establish quality agreements
• Assist and coach project team on the project quality plan
• Implement the defined Product and Quality Processes

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ managerial experience in supplier quality, product development, process engineering preferably with electrical/ electronic knowledge.
• Experience in small domestic appliance or related parts manufacturing is a plus
• Good understanding of statistical methods, quality tools and methodologies (8D, CTQ breakdown, DFSS, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP)
• Good understanding of LEAN philosophies & tools
• Detail oriented and able to take multi-tasks in the high energy and fast-paced environment with critical and tight schedules
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification will be an added advantage
• Good English and Mandarin are required (to work with Suppliers in Mainland China)
• Willing to travel frequently (around 50%)
