Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive the manufacturing process improvement & development by using statistical analysis skills
- In charge of particular PCB manufacturing process; maintain the consistency, efficiency and quality in operations
- Participate in new manufacturing processes development
- Support system development and application
- Communicate with product, quality and manufacturing teams to realize new manufacturing technologies and processes
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and technical staff
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials engineering or equivalent disciplines
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua (both written and spoken)
- Able to work independently with tight deadline
- Self-motivated with strong communication skill
- Good time management skill and with sense of priority & responsibility
- Fresh Graduates will also be considered
- With 5 years relevant experience with knowledge in PCB will be considered as Senior Engineer
