• Monitor, supervise and provide technical and contractual advice to team members for the execution of projects from tendering to design work, project planning, procurement, subletting, site supervision, commissioning and operation.
• Coordinate internal resources, liaise with external parties, eg. main contractors and clients, as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to- day running of the projects for the flawless execution of projects;
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Executive preventive measures and corrective actions to be taken in projects.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Liaise with external parties, e.g. main contractors and clients, as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects.

• High Diploma / Degree or above in Building / Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience in managing in Curtain Wall / Aluminium / Steel;
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, good interpersonal, leadership and project management skills;
• Proficiency in Ms Office applicant and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of  Project Coordinator;

Diamond Hill (near MTR station)
