Your role

• To assist project or planning team in implementing different smart city related or network services projects
• To lead the operations with parking fee related tasks, including reconciliation, transaction fee handling, dispute handling, etc.
• To drive for different systems or workflow development and enhancement, aiming for best operation efficiency
• To assist and monitor daily project / operation works, such as reviewing with teams on implementation progress, resources and stocks, etc.
• To assist internal flow development or review with different working parties
• To keep track on monthly review of activities, revenue and cost generated from new services / projects
• To support different bidding activities for new service / service acquisition when required
• To undertake special projects or assignments 

To succeed in this role

• Degree Holder with 5 years’ working experience in related field and
• Knowledge about Smart City related projects and Advanced technology, or
• Solid experience in Network Services project handling & Field operation support
• Rich experience in large scale commercial projects implementation
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with a strong self-motivation on delivering best customer services and achieving service target
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
