• Manage day-to-day operations of QA/QC Department
• Responsible for leading the Quality team to carry out daily quality control function and define specifications to fulfill customers expectation
• To issue product specification, coordinate the product testing and approval of the result
• Establish systematic Quality Control standards, policies and documentation procedure and prepare reports to relevant suppliers for quality improvement
• Conduct failure analysis, handle customer complaint and develop corrective action plan and set for preventive measurement
• Liaise with internal Engineering department/ sales and marketing department to fix quality issues
• Work closely with internal and external to make sure quality issues are well resolve
• Accompany customer quality auditing, update procedures/ instructions, propose testing plan and inspection procedure
• Quality Control compliance by integrating the guidelines into the manufacturing process so as to maintain production schedule and reduce cycle times

• Minimum 10 years solid experience in Quality Management with consumer electronics products and at least 5 years at management level. 
• Emphasis on electronic and electrical products such as Audio, Video,  Appliances and White Goods.
• Quality Assurance / QC position and factory inspection practice in international sourcing company is an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Mature, initiative-taking, independent, target oriented and good analytical skills.
• Station in Shenzhen China and regular travel to production plants in China.
