Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance / contractor staff independently to ensure the smooth delivery of smart maintenance projects
• Prepare specification and tender document, conduct tender review and make recommendations
• Perform design review and work with internal stakeholders and contractor to ensure compliance with the contract specification requirements
• Manage and report project progress, liaise and coordinate with contractor / internal stakeholders for interfacing works, and resolve both technical and interfacing issues
• Develop and implement on-site design verification and testing and commissioning activities to verify the installation and functions can achieve intended objectives 
• Prepare and issue regular reports to alert and notify users on the performance of rolling stock fleet and condition monitoring systems
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, identify key precursors / indicators, and collect data and perform data analysis to provide insight on system performance

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
• Possession of good analytical ability and interpersonal skills and be computer literate and self-motivated
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua

Remarks

• Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered
