Responsibilities:

• Tendering preparation and negotiation, finalization of product specification and sample / drawing follow up.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or in Engineering or in Architectural Studies or Quantity Surveying.
• 1-5 years working experience in construction or building services field (in respect of Sales / Tendering / Engineering Process for finalization of product specification (Less experience will be considered as Engineering Trainee)
• Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese
• Familiar with using MS Office
