Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative support including internal and external communications;
• Data entry of daily purchase orders and invoices;
• Manage the logistics of materials;
• To handle ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above;
• Proficiency in using MS Office and word processing including Chinese typing;
• Fast and accurate typing skills;
• Good coordination skills, self-motivated, responsible and independent;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
