Purchasing Clerk 採購部文員

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare purchase order, coordinate in the delivery of ordered items and follow up
• Check purchase orders with invoices
• Manage and update all purchasing documents and records
• Handle general administrative and clerical support, e.g. filing, data entries
• Take ad hoc project as assigned
• Outdoor work may be required 
• 協調採購訂單,交貨和發票檢查,   接聽電話,管理和更新所有採購文件和記錄
• 一般行政文書工作,例如歸檔, 數據輸入,執行上級指派的其他職務,可能需要戶外工作
  

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above with at least 3 years working experience in order processing
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and with good interpersonal skills
• Hard working and willing to learn
• Working experience in construction field preferred
• 中五程度, 3年採購經驗, 良好粵語, 一般普通話, 一般英語
