Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design, techncial proposal, cost estimation and tender documents
- Lead junior engineers for work allocation, design and support
- Responsible for construction administration works, inspection and monitoring for site works if required
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering
- HKIE, CIBSE or equivalent
- Experience in large-scale Railway / Hotel / Campus projects
