Job Description
(Working Location: Yuen Long)
Ensure production plan fully achieved on time and in compliance with internal and external requirements meeting safety, quality, cost, delivery and environmental needs (strive towards Manufacturing Excellence). The production objectives must be delivered with lowest possible cost by empowering and engaging people to develop their capability and ways of working.
- Ensure products are consistently manufactured according to standards of quality and relevant manufacturing instructions (compliance).
- Fully utilize manpower to produce good quality products by following production plan to ensure supply.
- Manage Production effectively through operational reviews and use Standard Routines to ensure sustainable results.
- Identify the development plan and assure the competencies of the team.
- Manage planned maintenance activities execution and maintenance expenditure in respective areas.
- Ad hoc duties assigned by Production Manager
- Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related Science Disciplines
- 2-3 years relevant work experience in a functional role in Food & Beverage company
- Demonstration of leadership ability by leading a project within a factory environment
- Strong logic awareness, good at people management & communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (both Mandarin & Cantonese) and English
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Presentation
