Our client:

A local telecommunication service provider. They are now looking for Facilities Engineer to handle DC facilities maintenance, including power, UPS, chiller, generator, BMS and fire fighting system. Also, you are responsible to manage contractors and vendors.

Your role:

• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of Data Centrefacilities, such as Power, UPS, Chiller, Generator, Fire fighting systemand BMS system
• Liaise with various parties such as contractors, engineers and technicalstaff for facility management services and fitting out project
• Handle the process of budgeting, tendering and supervision forcustomer’s project, major repairing and maintenance work
• Prepare method statement and working procedure
• Provide facility management services including planned, routinemaintenances and ah-hoc emergency calls
• Assist to handle in-house on-site services and supervise theperformance of in-house technical staff

Requirement:

• Higher diploma or above in Building Services Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ FacilitiesManagement or relevant discipline(s)
• Minimum 3 years’ experiences in E&M /construction field;with exposure in Data Centre / Telecommunications industry ispreferred
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (REW) Grade A or above willbe an advantage
• Hands on technical skills on E&M installation and maintenanceservices
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
• Work independently, good communication skill and customer-oriented
