Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Participate in hybrid/electric vehicle related R&D projects involving vehicle electrical and electronic system, engineering of electrical and electronic relevant components
  • Study project/product engineering specifications. Work with clients and/or team members to perform analysis and design the component in achieving the specification goals
  • Hardware and software design for vehicle electric and electronic system
  • Liaise with technical partners or suppliers for solutions
  • Perform tests of R&D/engineering systems and problem troubleshooting, enhance the product performance in meeting specifications and/or client requirements
  • Travel to overseas or Mainland China as required
  • Support ad hoc tasks as required

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor Degree or above from disciplines in Electrical Engineering/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 1 year working experience in engineering is preferable
  • Fresh graduate is also welcome
  • Knowledge of mechanical or automotive engineering is a plus
  • Rich design experience in designing electric and electronic components. Preferable with track records of industrial/automotive applications
  • Proficient skill in electronic and software design with mainstream developer tools
  • Good knowledge of automotive/electrical applications is preferable
  • Work as a team member with good interpersonal skill and deliver quality work on time
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrate result-oriented and CAN-DO attitude
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

1. Applicant may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position.

2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 18 months.
