Job Description
Our clients are reputable construction and engineering contractors, we are looking for talents to work in HK for their new project
- Manage project services from tendering, negotiation to execution
- Monitor and provide technical and contractual advice to team members for the execution of projects
- Responsible for conducting submissions, site supervision, and inspection
- Liaise with external parties, e.g. main contractors and clients, as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects;
- Prepare drawing submission and technical submission;
- Responsible for the Ad-hoc tasks assigned.
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Studies or related disciplines
- At least 8 years of experience in project management in design and building / A&A experience
- MIC experience is a plus
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as APM
- Professional qualification like RPE s preferred but not a must
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
