Scope of Duties: 

• Handle new design, modification and improvement of hangar, workshop, office and equipment
• Co-ordinate with different parties to ensure the smooth operation of the project and solve any technical problems encountered during the project phase
• Compile specification for projects and equipment, tender evaluation and justification
• To design the maintenance schedule for all critical production equipment to ensure they are all in serviceable condition in accordance with airworthiness regulations and will not affect HAECO’s daily operation
• Co-ordinate with contractors and all related parties to solve all problems on site to ensure the work to be completed satisfactorily and follow up for any deficiencies
• Provide supervision to FD staff and contractors during project phases to ensure smooth project process

Requirements: 

• Degree in related discipline + 4 year relevant experience OR
• Higher Diploma in related discipline + 5 years relevant experience 
• Good in presentation skill; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong project management and technical skills and able to work independently
• Excellent in application of AutoCAD or other computer aid design software, Microsoft Office, planning software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.) which are common using in Facilities
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
