Job Description
This position will be the technical-in-charge of the FM team primarily accountable for FM hard Service deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Quality assurance of all FM hard services delivered by the FM team
- Lead FM hard services team, and manage 3rd party vendors to perform facilities services e.g. MEP preventive maintenance or corrective maintenance
- Support client to plan and implement energy, sustainability, health and safety program
- Ensure services are delivered in compliance with the SLA / statutory requirements/ Ordinances and achieve the KPI targets
- Be point of escalation in emergency cases and manage emergency response process if this is facility failure related
- Coach and arrange on-job or site-specific trainings to the team members
- Support FM to prepare regular and ad hoc reports to the Client
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering related discipline
- 8+ years relevant experience in Facilities Management in which 5+ years of experience as FM hard services team leader for similar scale of facilities
- Grade C0 of REW
- Experience in managing critical environment and data centre
- Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage facilities management technology
- Strong Leadership skills and willing to work flexible hours, including Race Day
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Technical Manager
