Job Description
Responsibilities
- Overall project management, monitor site progress, report to Project Manager
- Coordinate with sub-contractors for preparation of shop drawings and other documents
- Prepare method statements, materials submission, ensure technical and safety standards
- Liaise and attend site meetings with representatives of clients and consultants
- Prepare progress report and submission schedules, safety measures
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Management or other related disciplines
- At least 3 years of previous work experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
