Job Accountabilities

• Play a key role in leading change project from identifying opportunities, providing detailed requirements to overseeing the project execution and post implementation review
• Support the HK BUs in achieving operational efficiency and effectiveness, as well as enhancing the data mindset within the team and driving the use of metrics and measurements for operations and performance management
• Closely work with business leaders to identify, implement and deliver key change projects relating to process improvement and automation
• Analyse and propose the best fit Performance Management Model and Quality Assurance Scheme to Operations Service Department
• Develop the data mindset across Operations Teams and drive the use of data/metrics for operations and process management
• Support and manage the reporting process for monthly Operations Service performance reporting, queries and dashboard with quality data
• Responsible for the overall resources and performance planning of Operations Service Department

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance or financial services industry
• Experience in project management and knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, etc.) is required
• Proven experience in effective control and management of changes in the operational environment
• Sound knowledge of operational efficiency and the effective use of metrics to drive process improvement
• Familiar with data analytics and visualization software
• Strong problem-solving skills, influencing, negotiation and collaboration skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
