What You Will Be Doing

• Manage the entire project life cycle including project planning, testing, resource allocation, and cost control;
• Manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and establish contingency plans to reduce delivery impact;
• Prepare document on technical/functional specification and report to senior management;
• Conduct system analysis, implementation, testing, user training and documentation on IT systems;
• Ensure effective communication between users and I.T. team members within projects;
• Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external parties.

Who You Are

• At least 2 years of project management or scrum master experience within a software / IT environment;
• Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts effectively;
• Certificate on PMP, CCNP, ITIL and Scrum is a plus;
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and architecture is a plus;
• Passion in learning new technologies;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese;
• A good team player with problem-solving skills and good leadership, able to handle multiple tasks under pressure independently.
