Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to formulate and execute policies and procedures to assure Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) across the Group
• To lead and manage the on-site safety officers to ensure plans, policies and programs are implemented properly
• Assess and monitor hazardous, unsafe situations and potential risks, to correct unsafe acts and address the risks
• Establish and develop statistical criterial/model for qualitative and quantitative analysis of safety data in conjunction with the industry standards
• Handle accident and incident investigations, conduct risk assessments, make recommendations on corrective actions and to monitor the execution and effectiveness
• Organize and conduct safety training
• Work with various departments to promote safety first culture
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignments directed by management

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline
• Preferably be a Registered Safety Officer (RSO)
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in OHS management in manufacturing environment or sizeable organization
• Good knowledge and solid experience in managing Safety Management System
• Exposure in printing industry is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
• Consistency in delivering high-quality work with strong organizing and analytical skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
• Good interpersonal & communication and presentation skills, proactive, tactful and result-oriented
• Stationed in PRC
