Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage new product development process
- Prepare go to market and implementation plan for new products and services
- Work closely with external and internal parties, engineering team and support team to develop new differentiated product features
- Conduct market research on specific segment
- Product operation support: Product troubleshooting and complaint handling; product pricing and coverage optimization
- Work with business partners to enhance product portfolio and service quality
- Handle ad-hoc projects as required and other company routine tasks
Requirements
- Degree or above in Telecommunications, Information/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in mobile product development, experience in 4/5G applications, M2M/Consumer eSIM, M2M vehicle segment, and/or other mobile product development
- Understanding in telecommunication & networking technology will be an advantage, such as mobile core network, SCCP, DIAMETER and S8/GRX integration, etc.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, leadership, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent teamwork spirit, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Fluent in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as (Senior) Specialist
