Qualification and Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering/Electrical Engineering or engineering-related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in E&M industrial, preferably in project sales of building services products.
• Experienced in tendering preparation and negotiation, quotation, cost calculation, product submission, finalization of product specification, and sample/drawing follow-up.
• Aggressive, customer and sales-oriented, good interpersonal, communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD drawings operation.

Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Sales Manager for all activities involving technical and sales of our products.
• Build and maintain a good relationship with customers, and develop new sales opportunities.
• Make business development calls and conduct customer visits for presentation, account development, and project execution.
• Prepare sales proposal and sales tender according to material specification.
• Monitor product delivery schedule of the existing contract for procurement plan and preparation as well as prepare sales analysis.
• Carry out any ad hoc projects as assigned.
