Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall management of Facility Management department including monitoring team's daily operation and contractors' performance
• Respond to emergency call and provide technical advice / solutions to resolve the problem
• Prepare relevant evaluation and progress reports for the management

Requirements

• Degree or above in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Building Services / Facility Management
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning / electrical appliances / facility management, experience in F&B industry is an advantage
• Holder of REW A0, with knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and building services installation is preferred
• Well-versed in MS Office & AutoCAD
• Good supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
