Injection Molding Engineer, Salary : 30-40K, 5 Days , Tsuen Wan 
Role & Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Senior Material Specialist, provide technical engineering support to the material development process.
• Execute new material development tasks (mainly horizontal/vertical injection molding, extrusion compounding) from concept to testing, working closely with internal teams and vendors.
• Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure schedule and milestones are on track.
• Lead project meetings with all concerned parties, tracking follow ups.
• Coordinates with manufacturing facilities to resolve production related matters.
• Monitor, assess and improve production efficiency and quality.
• Maintain an archive of material specifications and signed samples.
• Maintain an archive of engineering documents such as BOM, MSDS, etc.
• Quality Assurance/Quality Control
• Occasionally assist teammates of laboratory to complete testing.
• Provide technical support to R&D, production and quality teams on Quality Assurance and Quality Control efforts.

• Tertiary education or equivalent, in product/production engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years relevant engineering/manufacturing experience, preferably gained from injection molding.
• Technical know-how and seasoned experience of plastic injection molding. With know-how of extrusion is preferred.
• Experience in apparel/backpack goods manufacturing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Creo, Solidworks, Illustrator is a preferred.
• Located in Hong Kong

• 親自操作及維護注塑機, 注塑產品的， 注塑新材料， 研究新材料的最佳加工參數。 

• Assist in establishing and developing appropriate and effective internal compliance policies and procedure on any new regulatory requirements and report to senior management.
• Prepare compliance reports, perform risk assessment and improve the compliance internal procedures, controls & manuals
• Handle external & internal audit to ensure compliance with customers, local requirements and international standards (e.g. ICTI, GSV, ISO etc.)
• Liaise with third party laboratory and local government department for updated regulations when needed
• Provide factory tour to overseas guests

• Diploma or above
• At least 6 years experiences in toy industry with a similar role & at least 3 years managerial level in experience in performing internal control or compliance auditing
• Familiar with toys chemical safety regulation and compliance system for chemicals (such as paint and solvent) and traceability systems is advantage
• Good communication & presentation skills and problem-solving skills, self-driven and proactive
• Able to handle multi-task, meet tight deadline and work under pressure
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Station in Dongguan factory with occasional working in Hong Kong

Sr. Production Planner, Tsuen Wan , 5  Days , 30-35K
Key Responsibilities :

• To lead on the production coordination among top-tier brand customers & finish good vendors with our own production facilities worldwide. 
• 5 - 10 years of experience in the sporting goods industry
• Knowledgeable in the production logistics of finished goods (apparel & hardline products)
• Knowledgeable in the construction of finished goods a plus
• Knowledgeable in the trims & accessories industry a plus
• Able to coordinate among different parties
• Able to work under pressure

Salary ( 25-35K)

• Holder of high diploma or degree.
• At least 5 years working experience in quality assurance supervision on consumer electronic products.
• With past working experience in ISO-9001 and operation in China factory.
• Familiar with UL, CE international safety standard operation and document control.
• Good in spoken of Putonghua and good in written of Chinese. Fair in spoken and written in English. Good knowledge of computer skill.
• Return to HK once a week by High Speed Rail.
