Job Description
Responsibilities:
Leading a technical service team in dealing with routine and proactive/planned maintenance, building service repair/maintenance, tenancy fit-out and reinstatement, premises improvement and renovation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in renovation, fit-out works and building maintenance, MVAC system operation in commercial building or shopping arcade in which 5 years in supervisory level
- Member of HKIS / RICS / HKIE / IMechE or equivalent is preferred
- Strong leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin is an advantage
