Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide technical support, technical report and provide solutions to internal staff /customers
- To organize training course for internal / external customers
- To assist in reviewing technical manual and catalogue
- Communicate with factories for new product development and product launch
- Prepare and submit the document to the government departments
- Collect and analysis the regulation in the industry
- Annual product line up update and new product testing issue
- To support the promotion activities, service technical issue and prepare the presentation material for departments
- Responsible for tender estimation, preparation, and submission with relative parties
- Prepare and recommend tender drawings, tender specification and scope of works.
- Establish T&C Report details and monitor on-site works in accordance with manual’s standard
Education and/or Work Experience Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Service Engineering, or related discipline
- Relevant experience of 1-2 years, exposure in HVAC will be an advantage.
- On site work is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin are a must
- Detail-minded and can work independently but also a team player
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Hardworking, with high level of integrity, passion for work and able to work under pressure
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Technical Engineer
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
