Responsibilities:

• To lead an engineering team to meet customer requirements
• To manage and monitor in product development cycle from idea to mass production
• To coordination and control project material such as requirement, specification, test plan, schematics, source code etc.
• To continue improve project costing by using alternative components as well as manufacturing process refinement
• To communication with worldwide customers
• Strengthen the team by coaching, mentoring and developing team members

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of product design/development experiences with work knowledge in consumer electronics products
• Good knowledge in AC application and battery powered device
• Knowledge in safety standard like UL, IEC etc.
• Solid project management experience with at least 5 years at managerial level position or above
• Knowledge in product manufacturing process is preferable
• Knowledge in RF product development is an advantage
• Knowledge in IOT product development is an advantage
• Knowledge in embedded system is an advantage
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and communication skills
