Your role:

• Provide full technical support on various electrical and power systems to all Facilities Management Teams and external customers. 
• Be responsible for maintaining and improving the functionality, performance and reliability of the systems as well as monitoring all electrical and power plants in terms of installation, operations and maintenance. 
• Assist in budgetary control, provision of technical advices to both internal & external customers, contract establishment and enhancing the technical expertise of the team in this aspect. 

To succeed in the role:

• Degree holder or professional qualification in electrical/building services engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years practical experience in repairs, maintenance and installation of E&M facilities or Building Maintenance
• Familiar with the regulations of the local authorities in E&M discipline especially standby generator system and un-interrupt power system.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English and Chinese
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker certificate of Grade B or above is preferable
