• Improve customer experience and the quality of end-to-end service management.
• Optimize network performance by monitoring performance and troubleshooting network problems.
• Responsible for the optimization of internal operation and working procedures.
• Deploy and implement new network operation solutions to improve the efficiency of network problems troubleshooting.
• Capable to train entry level network engineers on daily operation procedures. 
• Establish goals and objectives for team members to ensure good service performance.
• Oversee and coordinate other related projects.

• Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunication or IT industry.
• Familiar with Transmission, Data Processing, Cloud Networking and IDC would be an advantage. Candidates with PMP/Cisco/Huawei certificates are preferred.
• Good communication and expression skills both in Chinese and English.
• Have strong learning, communication and coordination skills, and capable being good team player and awareness of customer services.
• Hardworking, willing to learn and sense of responsibility.
