Responsibilities:

• Liaise and coordination with clients, architects, and other consultants to develop design and schematics
• Monitoring contractor's building services installation works
• Manage fitting out, reinstatement and A&A works tendering procedures
• Conduct feasibility study of system improvement and E&M provision for F&B outlets and retails shops
• Documentation preparation to support civil and structural engineering project team
• Able to perform site inspection of T&C of the building services to suit the statutory requirements

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Solid working experience working in Building Services Engineer is an advantage
• Good command of both English and Chinese
