Responsibilities:

• Organize and follow up all toys projects
• Lead a team of engineers to provide solid analytical and technical support
• Following up the project development from conceptual stage to shipment (include costing, tooling sample review and comment, mold kick off and production) and secure the on-time schedule
• Experience of mold development (include Mold 3D and Mold layout checking)
• Maintain good rapport with designers in product development 
• Handle the costing breakdown of new products and value engineering of existing product, and maintain costing system accuracy
• Manage and monitor BOM details to ensure accuracy and transparency
• Maintain the highest level of quality standard with QA/QC Department

• Holder of High Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering  
• Minimum 3 years engineering experience in Toys industry 
• Experience with toy safety standard, prototype and tooling marking process, structure and requirement
• Good knowledge of industrial practices and quality assurance
• Strong in capability, organizing ability, communication, can work independently, with well negotiation skills and high sense of responsibilities
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and mandarin
• Station in PRC Guangdong Dongguan in required
• Immediate available  is highly preferable
