Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support Property Manager and Building Service Engineer to oversee technical operation
- Conduct routine inspection and prepare inspection reports
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance work schedule to minimize breakdown or failure
- Prepare tender documents for the repair, maintenance and replacement services
- Supervising repair and maintenance works of subcontractors
- Handle defect rectification aspects
- Work with different department to conduct regular audits to comply with company procedure & statutory requirements
Requirements:
- Certificate/ Diploma/ Higher Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Service Engineering and/or Facilities Management/ Property Management/or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years work experience in property maintenance or related field; Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technical Trainee
- Strong leadership skills and problem solving skill
- Registered Electrical Worker License A (or B which is an advantage)
- Strong PC literacy and able to manage daily activities using various systems, such as BMS, and other computerized control/monitoring system
