• 進行空調系統及相關機電設備的保養、維修；
• 進行每天例行設備狀況檢查；
• 電力系統設備的保養、維修 (包括消防、保安系統、BMS及相關機電設備);
• 監督承包商進行定期設備保養工作；
• 處理緊急事故。

• 中三程度或同等程度；
• 具備一年或以上操作或維修冷氣／機電／屋宇裝備經驗；
• 持有有效註冊電工牌照者優先；
• 具有更多經驗者將被考慮為高級維修員。
