Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Project management, coordination and contract administration for building services installation for fitting out/ A&A;
- Manage and provide guidance for the project execution;
- Review on building services design;
- To ensure that the execution of BS works of projects are in accordance with the Contract and the quality & safety policies of the Company.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/ Degree holder in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering;
- At least 5 years relevant experience in handling of fitting out / A&A projects;
- Good technical knowledge in Building Services, Electrical and MVAC;
- Proficiency in MS Office and AUTOCAD software application;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer
- Immediate available or short notice is preferred
