Objective

Ensure the equipment achieves the accuracy required at all time, support and perform calibration / verification for a wide range of Chemical, Physical and Optical laboratory equipment, as well as equipment purchasing, intermediate check, repair, and maintenance.

Your Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform equipment calibration, verification, intermediate check, repair and maintenance, by following the calibration standards and requirement;
• Prepare and review calibration procedures, measurement uncertainty and internal calibration reports to fulfill ISO/IEC 17025 requirements;
• Co-ordinate with internal laboratory and calibration laboratory for internal/external calibration;
• Manage the status and stock of laboratory’s equipment. Co-ordinate with supplier for sourcing and purchasing new equipment;
• Maintain equipment record;
• Simple office facilities maintenance;
• Handle other equipment related tasks for quality assurance issues, such as internal/external auditing, document control, quality improvement projects, etc.
• Maintain document control system;
• Handle internal audit administration supporting tasks

The Skills We’re Looking For

• Higher diploma / associate degree / degree holder of physics, mathematics or relevant engineering discipline.
• Basic understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 quality system document;
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Good trouble shooting skills
• Experiences of working in testing laboratory or toy industry
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated and detail-minded;
• Analytical mind and logical thinking;
• Strong technical knowledge.
