We are searching for a reputable client-side company for an Assistant Engineer (HVAC) role:

Responsibilities:

• Report to Building Engineer for monitoring operation and maintenance of HVAC installations
• Supervise inhouse technicians and contractors in carrying out routine repair and maintenance works
• Corrective and planned maintenance of HVAC equipment and system
• Liaise with tenants in fitting-out works
• Provide technical support to stakeholder, mainly tenants

Requirements:

• At least Higher Diploma in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Solid working experience in HVAC is preferable
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
