1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or other related disciplines
2. Familiar with the process of software engineering, familiar with the preparation of software technical documentation
3. Familiar with the implementation of common relational databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server, Mysql, etc. NET technologies and familiar with mainstream web front-end technologies, such as jQuery, HTML5, etc.
