Job Description
Duties:
- Supervise and execute BMS projects professionally, including site supervision, contract execution, vendor engagement, completion and delivery of the system to customers
- Responsible for tendering, technical submission, engineering, testing & commissioning, operation/maintenance manuals, etc.
- Communicate and liaise with related internal and external parties (including sales teams, customers, landlords, contractors and vendors) to ensure smooth execution of the projects
- Other duties as appropriate
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related subjects
- Minimum 4 years working experience, BMS / control systems experience is preferred
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office tools
- Valid Green Card, with safety supervisor certificate will be an advantage
- Candidates with less experience/qualification may be considered for the position of Assistant Engineer
