• Prepares PO based on approved PR
• Follow-up the corresponding shipment arrangement
• Supports requestors from business to find right suppliers and clarifies item prices and conditions utilizing framework agreements established by Sourcing
• Monitors order confirmation deviations, clarifies and updates POs accordingly
• Follows up continuous overdue GR posting reasons with management
• Clarifies invoice matching deviations for PO related invoices
• Handles day-to-day supplier issues in collaboration with business requestors
• Ensures compliance and adherence to KONE policies and procedures, including and notably the PO policy
• Works with Global Teams for Global Program if any

We expect you to have: - 

• Higher diploma, associated degree, degree or above in any discipline
• Solid working experience in the elevator and escalator industry or Purchasing experience is an advantage
• Solid working experience for SAP is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in spoken & written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Willing to learn
• Good Team Player
• Immediate available is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant position
