• Arrange the tests according to standard or client’s requirement
• Responsible for worksheet preparation, test result review, and test report creation according the time schedule.
• Conduct all test items according to international standards or buyer specific program.
• Ensure/supervise technicians’ competency in carry out all related tests.
• Ensure tests are conducted accordingly to appropriate international standards or specific buyer standards and report format is complying with buyer requirement or IEC TRF format.
• Offer effective training to new joining technicians and constantly review the need of additional training program to upgrade the competence of existing technician.
• Responsible for communication with Certification bodies or clients.
• Follow and supervise through QA procedure in compliant with HOKLAS, NCB, NRTL etc.

Qualifications

• Holder of higher diploma or above in relevant subject
• 3 years of practical testing experience in lab environment with at least 2 years experience in Household and similar electrical appliance (IEC/EN 60335-1, -2) or Audio/Video, ITE (IEC/EN 62368-1) or Battery (IEC/EN 62133-1, -2)
• Active, responsible, able to finish tasks without supervision
• Good command of supervisory skills and competent in performing testing service
• Good command of English, Mandarin, Microsoft skills
