- Responsible for selecting potential suppliers for Foshan Branch and Foshan Nanhai Branch, reviewing and submitting qualification elements, organizing supplier evaluation and finalizing qualified suppliers.
- Regularly collect supplier performance evaluation information from Foshan branch and Foshan Nanhai branch, responsible for supplier file, supplier code and update and maintenance.
- Responsible for supplier capacity survey of Foshan branch and Foshan Nanhai branch, supervising the arrival cycle and coordinating the resolution of problems.
- Responsible for organizing Foshan branch and Foshan Nanhai branch A materials, fixed asset investment project procurement implementation, under 100,000 yuan to organize supplier price comparison, or according to the "price approval form" merit procurement.
- Responsible for A material supplier monthly reconciliation, settlement and procurement monthly report statistics and reporting.
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of the supplier and material system "settlement material number"; establish and maintain the supplier credit period standard.
- Responsible for organizing bidding and purchasing for Foshan branch and Foshan Nanhai branch from 100,000 to 500,000, and summarizing the bidding information to Changchun headquarters for approval.
- Responsible for the organization of A materials, fixed assets investment projects procurement implementation, less than 100,000 yuan to organize supplier price comparison, or according to the "price approval form" merit procurement.
- Execute cost reduction work of Foshan Branch and Foshan Nanhai Branch, continuous improvement of procurement of Foshan Branch and Foshan Nanhai Branch; cooperate with the implementation of procurement tasks of "Cost Improvement Task List".
- This position is responsible for the business of Foshan Branch and Foshan Nanhai Branch.
Job qualifications.
- Education: Bachelor degree or above.

- Work experience: 2 years or more relevant work experience.

Construction of the Foshan branch began at the end of 2011 and the groundbreaking ceremony was held on 6 June 2012. With an area of 22,000 square metres, it is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2013, mainly for the chassis of Golf A7 and Audi A3 models produced by FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Company's fourth plant. With new models such as Jetta NF and Volkswagen CC going into production, the total output is expected to reach 624,000 units by 2013, with 900 employees, and Volkswagen FAW Platform Components Ltd. will play an active role in promoting the technological progress of Chinese automobiles.
