Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintenance service and project execution of Cooling Control System for Air Conditioning Units and Monitoring System (e.g CCTV, Sensaphone, Water Detection System..) in the Data Center;
• Prepare contract submission with quotation, working program, method statement, material submission and progress report etc.;
• Monitoring and Cooling Control equipment installation, testing, commissioning and system programming & integration;
• Monitor and supervise all monitoring and control system works; System implementation including system configuration, programming, trouble shooting, etc;
• Liaise with clients, supplier, contractors and consultants;

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology / Building Services / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in A/C/BMS/EMS (Energy Management System) maintenance or installation; more experience will consider as Senior Service Engineer;
• Experience in software programming and hands-on field commissioning;
• Knowledge in MVAC and Data Center Equipment is an advantage;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good initiative, hard working and capable of working independently and under pressure;
