Qualifications
1. Education and major requirements: Minimum degree or Higher Diploma holders in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology or related disciplines;
2. Work experience: at least two years of relevant professional work experience, familiar with the basic principle of communication (international sea cable) and relevant operation and maintenance workflow and management, communication (international sea cable) or IT technical support related work experience is preferred, proficient in office software, have certain IT knowledge;
3. Foreign language requirements: Good Chinese and English writing skills, able to carry out daily communication, cross-cultural communication skills;
4. Basic Quality and Skill requirements:
（1）Strong sense of responsibility and executive ability, with high professional ethics；
（2）Be able to travel frequently at home and abroad.
5. 7 x 24 Shift Duty is required

Job descriptions
Assist the operation and maintenance project manager in PEACE project acceptance, operation and maintenance, resource management, monitoring, fault handling, business delivery and other work.

Job responsibilities
1.Participate in the operation and maintenance management of PEACE International sea cable network, and assist to complete the formulation of international sea cable network quality standards, maintenance specifications, operation and maintenance procedures.
2.Participated in the construction of network Operation Center (NOC) and assisted in the maintenance and management of NOC and landing station.
3.Participate in the international Marine cable O&M organization and coordinate the Marine cable maintenance work of PEACE International Marine cable Maintenance zone.
4.Participated in the joint review and acceptance of the design of international Marine cable engineering projects, and proposed the requirements of network technology and operation and maintenance.
5.Responsible for providing pre-sales technical support to the Marketing Department and assisting in developing solutions.
6.Other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
