Job Description
Qualifications
1.Degree or Higher Diploma holders in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology or related disciplines
2.More than 3-5 years of relevant working experience in related technologies
3.A quick learner to explore new technologies and solutions
4.Knowledge and work experience in subsea Cable systems, Transmission and 5.Ethernet network and services including SLTE, OTN, DWDM Technologies and protocols
6.Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
7.Hands-on experience in using Testers and cabling works
Job descriptions
Assist the operation and maintenance project manager in PEACE project acceptance, operation and maintenance, resource management, monitoring, fault handling, business delivery and other work.
Job responsibilities
- Deliver project implementation service and maintenance support service to the customer
- Manage progress of the projects implementation and identify, resolve and escalate issues to vendor, customer and internal parties
- Prepare the test plan, implementation plan and migration plan
- Conduct site preparation, equipment staging, installation and commissioning, network acceptance test and project document upon completion of the project
- Provide product operation training to customer
- Review the daily field service reports and take improvement actions
- 7x24 shift duty is required
- Coach the engineers in the way of service delivery and improvement on their technical skills
- Verify the network documents for completed projects/installation; and
- Perform miscellaneous duties at the supervisor's request
