工作職責:

• 負責水電及冷氣設備等維修保養˴ 油漆˴ 木工˴ 水泥等工作
• 進行每天例行檢查
• 監察及操作施工現場設備
• 處理緊急事故及相關查詢

入職要求:

• 中五或持有相關工程文憑或證書或同等學歷
• 五年以上樓宇保養經驗
• 持有電力工程人員牌照(A牌或以上)為佳及平安咭
• 具有解決問題的能力
• 注重團隊合作，具主動性
• 具良好溝通能力
• 能操流利廣東話
• 略懂電腦操作優先
