Job Description

Mission of Function 職位功能描述：
The main task and mission of an Assistant Project Manager is to assist the Project Manager to manage projects, specifically, is to communicate with the MHS contractor(s) of SF Express about the project related technology, schedule and proposal, ensure the project be carried out within time frame, within budget, according to the quality requirements; and assist to the site management such as: material delivery arrangement, site survey and organization and so on.
助理項目經理的日常工作是協助項目經理對項目進行管理，具體是與順豐的自動化工程承辦商進行項目相關的技術、進度以及方案溝通，讓項目能夠按時間，按預算，按規定的質量要求來進行並完成，並協助進行項目現場勘查、物料到貨安排等組織與管理。
Responsibilities 職責: 
Handle and maintain communication with MHS sub-contractors, clients, and building service for new and existing projects.負責並維持自動化項目管理的日常聯絡與溝通，包括項目的承辦商、使用方、建築設施方等。
Assistant project correspondence and clarification. Specially for electrical and controlling related，help for the meeting minutes preparing. 協助與組織項目相關的溝通與澄清,尤其是電氣與控制相關的溝通與澄清，並協助進行會議紀要編寫。
Assisted PM's in monitoring tasks during project implementation phase as well as project schedule and estimating deviation and defect report.協助項目經理進行項目進度管理，並對項目執行中發生的進度/範圍偏離以及缺陷進行整理與報告。
Monitoring project timelines, milestones, require KPI and quality, and carry out project performance testing.協助管理項目計劃與進度、關鍵節點、質量要求以及關鍵性能指標等，並執行項目性能驗收測試。
Requirement 要求:  
Degree of Project Management, Mechatronics or Electromechanical Engineering or related disciplines. 擁有項目管理、機電一體化或者機電工程等相關的學位。
At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant project management or MHS project engineering experience至少3-5年的項目管理或自動化項目工程技術相關經驗。
Good knowledge in AutoCAD. 熟悉AutoCAD製圖。
Good knowhow of electrical diagram.能熟練閱讀設備電路圖或控制線路圖。

Proficient in MS Office (Word，Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word Processing.可熟練應用辦公室軟件（如Word、Excel 及 PowerPoint）和中文輸入。
Good communication skills and team work sprit；善於溝通及團隊合作。
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).良好的中英文書寫及溝通能力（粵語及普通話）。
