• Manage full cycle of project development from conceptual & schematic design and formation to detail design and Construction drawing review
• Act as focal point of contact to coordinate with various professionals of multiple disciplines throughout the project cycle
• Formulate building designs and outline detailed drawings
• Liaise with construction professionals in examining the feasibility of potential projects
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, applications and contracts

• Degree / Master in Architecture or equivalent preferred. 
• Qualified members of the AIA, HKIA, RIBA, ARB, RAIA or equivalent
• Minimum 6-8+ years post-qualification experience preferably in large-scale residential and commercial projects. More experienced candidates may be considered for Associate
• Have a strong design capability and clear understanding of design and implementing a design ethos
• Strong skills in parametric modelling is an advantage (added in Jan2021)
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Rhino
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Associate, Architecture
